Randy Anderson will touch on several ways we can re-calibrate our compass. He will discuss specific tools to incorporate that will help each of us increase productivity at work and home.
Randy Anderson is co-founder of E3 Professional Trainers. He has done professional training since 1998. Throughout that time, he has developed methods of teaching practical strategies for implementing proven techniques designed to improve the performance of individuals. Regardless of experience and longevity, everyone can benefit from the training he provides, and improve their personal performance, which inevitably, increases team performance.
Randy is also a gifted speaker, having started doing public speaking at age 22. He has the ability to connect with people of all ages and backgrounds. The message he conveys isn’t merely informational or motivational, but rather transformational, teaching not only principles and disciplines to improve performance and increase productivity, but also practical methods to help incorporate them.
When Randy is not working, he spends most of his time with his wife and their three kids. He is also very active in the University Ministry at First Baptist Church in Lubbock, where he teaches a Life Group (Sunday school class) for college students.
