Julie Barnett, assistant director for Texas Tech University Libraries Office of Communications & Marketing, received a Texas Tech Masked Rider Distinguished Staff Award January 29. She received this recognition and $500 for her initiative to contribute to the success of Texas Tech through her outstanding contributions at work.
